downlight converters

Does anyone know if such a thing as a smaller downlight converter exists. I've used the standard size ones before which are about 140/150mm diameter but they look pretty ugly. I'm only trying to cover holes that are about 100mm. so anything just a bit bigger would be ideal. I've only tried an internet search but nothing yet.

Tlc sell bezels for their LED down lighters, you might be able to fit a smaller fitting and still cover up the hole.
