Would any one have a simple draft agreement or direct me for some help.

Have a couple of family members who want a system but do not have the cash, and don't want to borrow.
Equally keen to create a bit of business at are cost but do not want to tie them up to much like the commercial rent a roof boys do.

ANY ADVICE MUCH APPRICIATED

You jest, our commercial JV projects cost over ÂŁ10k in legal fees to draft the contracts....

Seriuosly though as it's a fmaily agrrement, just see your local family solicitor as it doesn't need to be complicated and may be a lot easier as you can build in a simple buy back / exit clause when they thave the cash. Rather than all the complications of leashold etc etc they just assign the rights to the income..

why dont you help them out and get half the feedin tariff

On a serious note, why don't you appreach REAL, last September they were working on a draft model contract for rent-a-roof schemes, so they should at least be willing to share where they are at by now. (You are of course a member of REAL)

Or get one of the rent a roof mob round to try and 'sell' you a system. And check out there T&C's. The first time I saw one was when one of our eventual clients came waving it at me saying can you believe this..... I took a photocopy.
