Is it possible to get a dual tariff CU for on / off peak on the same board. I currently have 8 on peak and for off peak fuses for night storage heaters.

Can all this be combined on a modern 17th ed board or do I need to install 2 separate boards

Cheers

Chris

I think that depends on your DNO a lot of them dont bother with just the heaters, the entire household goes over to the cheaper rate. So if your neighbour is winding you up doing her washing at 11pm every night thats why;)

Hope that helps

Hi IS
I'm in a similar situation and i'm having trouble finding a small dual board, I've been told a 17th edition board is no use because you need 2 main isolators for peak and off peak

Bloody pain in the --- off peak!! aarrgghh

At the minute I have an old MEM board which is split 2 main switches etc. Si will need 2 boards. Will the off peak board have 2 have 2 RCD's as it only has 4 circuits or would it best just to put RCBO's on that board??
