Hi All,
I was called to a fault a few weeks ago on a Duoheat. The off peak was ok but the peak side (filament on the inside of the cover) wasn't operable and there weren't any lights up on the PCB controller.
The main PCB had significant arcing/heat damage on it so I ordered 1 and replaced it this evening. Now there is one bar lit up on the PCB controller and the buttons have no effect. Is the PCB controller defective also? Has anyone else come across this, I would like to find out if this is an accurate diagnosis as a new one is circa ÂŁ50 plus Pand P and VAT.
Many thanks
Billy
