Duplicate copy invoices

Does anyone know a decent company that will do duplicate copy invoices and letter heads with design that they can recommend

Do them on a letterhead mate you cen set up a template and save each one in a file and cut down paper and ink use never mind the space saved not storing hard copies

Thats what iv been doing just cant be bothered messing round on the computer so want something i can just give them and be done with.

I'd imagine any printing company would be able to sort you out mate. Alphagraphics on Collingwood Street are good but sometimes pricey and theres a couple in Gosforth who's names I can't remember just now but I'll be driving round there tomorrow (I'm assuming that's Newcastle upon Tyne by the way)

Lol no they get a proper printed invoice if they want it its just to make sure i dont forget to invoice anyone really cant be loosing out on that hard earned cash lol

In which case what you need is a small self carbonating invoice pads PLUS some labels with your company name/address/logo on it. Job done.

E-mail these with your requirements,[email protected] they will do all the artwork including your own or trade logo's in duplicate or triplicate ncr pads at a good price.

No, except for a few specific documents, hard copy is not mandatory. See page 2 of this doc:

Might not be what you need at all, but Sliq Invoicing is pretty good for, well, invoicing.

For jobs done and paid for on the go, a duplicate invoice book works for me, also carry blank invoices printed from Sliq - handwritten to customer then typed up later.
