Any suggestions for avoiding the duplicate posts that keep happening?

Not just me then! Happened twice today, but I always check what I've just posted, so was able to delete them immediately.

I've not had trouble with duplicates, but the forum page layout was misbehaving a few days ago, stretched out and odd text, like it was struggling to follow the page layout instructions.
It's been O.K for a couple of days now.

Just come back to the forum and there's adverts in every post, the pages are jumping around trying to reload / rebuild.
