Just for the record, you can have a Nissan Ford. The Nissan Terrano and Ford Maverick are the same car (years ago) as were the Mazda 121 or somesuch, and the Ford Fiesta, also years ago.

It's actually 3 phase and you've wired it in reverse, try swapping two of the phases.
