Call the supplier and get them to change the head. They don't like neutral fuses any more!

O lord fabric meter tails , EICR required , as Murdock has said get in the suppliers to check the cut out ,just looking at the pics and that you have stated fused neutrals bet the install is VIR,yep you said its VIR , then could really do with rewiring ,, sure there's a song about this mmm now how does it go ........ There may be trouble ahead .. yep that's the one
