Hey everyone, ive a question regarding earth bonding, I Have no bonding at all in my house so am going to bond it myself.

What pipes need bonding?

Do i need to bond my towel rad, both pipes or just 1 of them?

And do i need to everytime run the earth back to the consumer unit.

Thanks for taking the time to read this..

If the install is protected by 30mA RCDs and disconnection times are met on all circuits, there is no need for any bonding other than the main bonding (incoming Gas, Water and steel structure)

I take it that when you say you have no bonding at all in your house that you are in fact referring to Supplementary protective bonding in your bathroom. I trust you do in fact have Main Equipotential bonding in place to your incoming services etc if they are mettralic. If so and all circuits in the bathroom are RCD protected then follow he advice given by GStueyXR
