earth clamps

Are there any alternatives to the regular earth clamps which as far as I am concerned are positivley jurrasic, and given the advancements over the years on every thing else eletrical these thing seem to have missed out on evolution. I have seen a few reviews on the plastic clamp round ideas and opinions vary on these is this just resistance to change, personally I would prefer some sort of jubilee clip set up. any ideas ?

Lenny they look ok ish for confined spaces
I haven't seen those till now

saw them in the wholesalers about 2 years ago and in pro elec mag ,wouldn't trust them personally.

Cant see a problem with the clamps as they are, maybe they have never been updated because they work.
I'm a great believer in if it isnt broken dont mend it.
