Earth Loop Test

Got called out yesterday to a blown BS88 fuse on a ring circuit.
The customer reported a big bang when plugging something into a socket.
The result was the cheap socket was faulty.

Anyhow whilst I was there (I did not really like the quality of the install) so I did a full test on the ring which included a full inspection with face plates off including continuity test and insul res.
Whilst doing earth loop I noticed this "fishing hook" type symbol appear on my Megger 1553.
I have never seen this symbol before.

What does it mean?

Can u not read the manual, I know it goes against the rules of man to tho lol

Its the noise symbol, it means there is interference on the circuit, I will did out my megger guide and give you done more info later
