Earthing question

Just started testing a property this afternoon that is TN-C-S. The actual measured Zs at KMF is 0.35 Ohms which is on the exact limit. This supplies a remote D/B and the Zs at this board is 0.38 Ohms is this OK as i have never had a reading this high before?

pefc would then be 605A. check the time/current graph for the PD on those tails. see how fast it will blow. should go within 5 secs.

so, just to be clear...... supply is on the municipal utility pole, a 40yard run of cobbled together bits of scrap cable to a double pole knife switch nicked from the local prison's electric chair, all to feed a dustbin in a back alley.
