Easycert (Tysoft) Help please....

Evening all....

Recently got myself set up with easycert.

But really is doing my nut in, I cant seem to upload my signature correctly ? Help please

Whenever I upload it the signature shows fine, but the white background behind it is too big and blocks out half of the signature box (really hope that makes sense)

Just scanned in and uploaded to paint brush, tried to re-size and no joy :dizzy2:

There must be a simple way.

Save image as gif not jpeg before upoad

Save your signature as a jpeg & use photo editing software to change the size of the picture until it fits the box, keep a copy of the original 'cos its a bit trial & error.

Spoke to Brian in the end..... have emailed him my signature and going to see what the problem is, nice helpful chap.

Did try numerous edits / resize / various formats but no joy.
