Eco 7 Tail Size???

Hello People,

Hooking up a Ecco 7 Board with only 2x 20 amp mcbs + rcd main switch. The elecy board are going to be coming out to put the ecco 7 in and hook the tails up once im all done, question is do the tails for this have to be 25mm or would 16mm be sufficient as there is such little space in this consumer unit to get the 25mm into. I know 25mm are preferred and if there was the space that is what i normally put in, but are the 16mm acceptable or will the elecy board put there noses up and not hook it up??

10mm would suffice.

Depends on total load of the heaters or MCB 's, no diversity , work it out and choose appropriate tail size from BS7671, or use 10mm like tel says, they are good for 59A in free air

I'd fit 16mm as I always have that. Can't remember when I last used 10mm
