Most of the team from our office will be visiting over two days, I will be there on Tuesday. We don't have a stand this year unfortunately, but it would be great to meet up with some of the regular posters on the forum.

Personally I think a day is enough. There are only so many panels you look at and networking with suppliers should be simple enough: What panels do you supply, what are your prices.

You're all very welcome to pop along to say hi at any time of course (N3367) but if you do want to meet up and say hi to your fellow forum posters at the same time, then feel free to agree a suitable time on each day, say 1pm? Just a thought.

If people didn't gather I am also an active member of the Solar Trade Association. We have a stand at the show (N3670). If you are an installer or other business involved in any aspect of solar and are interested in finding out more, please visit the stand. Does anyone need a hotel 5 mins from excel on wed 21.03.12 I have booked the Prince regent and need to cancel, I know hotels close by are now hard to come by. They want to charge me a cancellation fee, the cheapest room there is £199 on booking.com, I got a standard dble room with breakfast at £159, I have not paid yet as they charge you when you are at the hotel, but could change the booking details if required.

I have exhibited for the past 4 years but not this year, will be visiting Wednesday and Thursday as a buyer though, I have noticed some of the other regular exhibitors are not going but definately more than a day needed if you are looking at all technologies.

Some new roof fixing systems and ground mounts there this year which will be interesting.
