Morning chaps,

Installing a towel rail off one of the economy 7 circuits (customer request.)

Doubled up on one of the smaller heater radials, spurred off here with an RCD unit.

My question being is there any reason why when the time clock kicks in and switches the supply over it would possible trip the RCD ?

Next question is how would you normally go about doing your live test on an ECO7 CU, have to pop in at 05:00 in the morning ? Really cant see matey going for this... just about got him to for a 09:00 slot to view the job !! Could I do a temporary number with the tails maybe, there are about the 3 different CUs all together there all with accessible Henley blocks?

Many Thanks,

Sy

Is it an RCD FCU?.....I've had a few in the past which are not of the latching type and trip on power failure, make sure it is not one of those.
