ECS Application Form HELP!!!!

I hope you guys can help me with this. In a nutshell im applying for an ECS Card so i can work on site but im struggling with Section 10 EMPLOYER OR SPONSORED ENDORSEMENT AND RECOMMENDATION.


Now its that vicious circle again, i need an ECS card so i can work for a firm but i cant get on a firm without an ECS card.

Who can i get to sign it? old college tutor? mother inlaw??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
