Educational Youtube Channels

Hi guys, thanks for approving my app to join the trainee section.

Obviously as an early trainee (Still doing 2365 level 2) YouTube is pretty invaluable for knowledge, seeing how things actually get done in practice, not just reading it from a book.

So far I've found quite a few useful channels on YouTube;
John Ward
GSH Electrical
Thomas Nagy
My Trusted Electrician
SparkyNinja - This guy even delivers the entire 18th edition course training for free via his YouTube channel, should save me around £400 when I come to do that, since I was planning on doing it via my training centre for the (I now realise) scandalous price of £495!

Does anybody know of anymore educational or useful channels I've not yet come across?

Chriskitcher is good for educational purposes, especially testing procedure.
bigclivedotcom and photonicinduction are also good for education and entertainment

Not necessarily educational in an academic sense, but for views into the life of jobbing sparks, Thomas Nagy has already been mentioned, but there is also:-

• CJR ELECTRICAL
• My Trusted Electrician - Carshalton, Wallington and Coulsdon
• DSS Electrical

These guys are all worth a watch as they all tell it like it is.

There’s some excellent stuff on YouTube but I do get bored with some vlogs talking too much in their van about their early morning coffee etc. It’s interesting watching how some of them are gathering momentum with various manufacturers jumping on board with freebies. GSH are very impresive.
