EIC report

Enquiry from customer to issue EIC report on new building works.
Dispute with builder has meant electrician not returning to test and certify even though he has energised.
I have full view of cable runs and connections. 1 ring 1 light 1 smoke and designed and rated appropriately
I certify my own works but why not this, when subject to test results I'm happy to put my name on it?
£200 cash

use a 3 signiture EIC , you sign for testing , customer or builder signs for design & install.
take the £200 ;-)

3 sig was how I sorted issue with my brother-in-laws house. He is not an electrician or builder by trade, but what he had done was ok and to the regs. So 3 sig it was.
