Hi all has anyone read any books that explain the EICR in easy terms. I'm using toy soft on my iPod for certs. But I'm just not getting to grips with the format and questions.

Generally speaking local earthing will rarely be below a couple of ohms, so in parallel with a TN-S sub-ohm value will make little difference...
