Hi all,

Can i ask what certificates (EICR) people are using for greater than 100A 3phase supplies? I currently use Amtech software and am finding it a bit of a ball ache! Has anyone seen any uselful notes on the completeion of the EICR for the new layout and extra schedules?

The tick box page (page 3 for amtech) section 4.0 refers to consumer unit/DB - the installation i'm looking at utlises a busbar chamber and also a rising busbar straight from the main switch. Does this section also refer to my situation?

Thanks!

the standard IET format EICR isnt limited to 100A installations and should be useable for your job.

Busbar is still distribution equipment of 1 variety so you can fill in relevent parts to that section of the report.

i use amtech all the time and test a lot of big office blocks with rising busbars just put down exactly what it is instead of a DB put a rising busbar
