Hi on carrying out an EICR on a domestic property the system is a TT and has had a new Cu fitted in the passed couple of years no documentation, the tails have been upgraded to 25m but the bonding Gas and Water is still only 6m also the earth conductor again 6m. Does this warrant a C3 on the new sheets
also I was unable to located the earth electrode in the property after checking all after confirming the gas conduct and the water conductor i was left with 1, 6m earth conductor which read 48.6 ZE what action would you take if you cannot locate the Electrode.

please read regs as to what you are allowed for earth conductor..!!

you might be suprised to find your 6mm is fine!

if you cant find the rod but can identify the other 2 i would tick further investigation needed and make an observation on paperwork (don't code it)
