Hi, just wanted to clear up some things, could anyone tell me when it became compulsory to install ip rated spots in shower rooms and also what you would code non ip rated spot installed prior to this date.
2 spots are above bath with shower and 2 are outside zone 2.

RCD's are present on all circuits - would like to know code with and without RCD.

Coded the 6mm bonding a C3 - (TN-C-S + plastic main incoming water supply pipe) - any thoughts...?

Also have no loop on the live conductor on a ring main - C2...?(don't think i needed to question this)

Cheers

2 spots are above bath with shower and 2 are outside zone 2. check ceiling height. if above 2.25m, then it's out of zones. if in zone 2, i'd code it C3.

Also have no loop on the live conductor on a ring main - C2...?(don't think i needed to question this) agreed.

my comments in red.

Not required with plastic incoming.
Is already present though.

I questioned the non ip spots mainly because i was unsure of what to code in a bath or shower room as i had looked at a few comments elsewhere which lead me back to my original question.

Cheers
