The easiest way to wire this is if you have the cooker supply there then it is possibly wired in 6mm to the existing cooker connection plate,via the cooker switch , if the manufacturer instructions stipulate a 16amp supply thats what you give them ,this is an oven not a cooker so makes a differance what else is on the circuit , hob or is it gas , if the hob is gas then what i would do is connect the oven into the cooker connection plate and replace the MCB with a 16 amp this way you are complying with the manufactrers instructions if the hob is electric then i would recommend that you install a new circuit for the oven protected by a 16 amp MCB

This type of work dont forget is notifiable under Part P

I would put this down to 433.3.1(ii) - no overload protection needed because the load at the single socket can't overload the cable, being fused...
