Electric double fan oven. Main oven temperature is 230'C. At approx 220'C its tripping the fuse box. Oven is wired directly to a 35A RCD. Changed thermostat but to no avail. Any ideas?

Sounds like an earth fault on the element when it reaches the high temp.

Expose connections to element/s and as soon as the breaker trips, check for short between the element connection/s and the element sleeve/s/ which is/are exposed in the oven
