Hi Guys,
I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction for wiring.
I'm designing power for an induction motor using 9 battery modules containing 48 battery cells. Each module has a nominal voltage of 22.2v and continuous current capacity of 96A.
We are using 9 battery modules, so the supply voltage is 199.8V. The battery cells have pulse ratings of 43A for 10 seconds, and 54A for 10 seconds.
If the cells are wired 8 cells in parallel and 6 in series then this would give:
8 x 43A = 344A for 10 seconds
8 x 54A = 432A for 2 seconds
What i need is connectors and wires that can be disconnected frequently but have the right current rating to carry this kind of current and voltage.
I'm abit lost in this field so any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
