you WILL NOT learn a trade at home mate. Go to college, get a job with a sparky and earn the knowledge (and the respect) that comes with it....
All the best.

As Glen said, if you browse this forum for just 5 minutes, you wil stumble across many many discussions regarding what is broadly considered on this forum as "short cut courses" that simply DO NOT give you the back ground to competently complete work to a high and safe standard. Fast track courses come with many pitfalls, home study courses are simply a minefield. Stronlgy recommend Lee that you avoid such an enterprise like a plague ridden prostitute.

It is of course understood that we all have responsiblities and life styles that may not be able to support returning to college for 3 years whilst not earning etc, but there are certainly alterantive options to get a good education around the trade and some hands on exp other then sitting at your desk with a cup of a tea and a hob nob clicking aimlessly at a computer screen.

Id love to see a computer teach you how to chase a wall and cut in new sockets, let alone changing a CU and carrying out safe testing. Some things can only be learnt by taking hold of the hammer, and doing it.
