Can someone please explain additional schedule of items inspected ?
Only some of the EIC forums have this on them but why? and please can someone explain if i need to fill it in for a consumer unit change regards

For a CU change you should fill out an EIC.

If the board in question (and/or any sub boards) has more circuits than listed on your EIC you would then need an additional sheet.

no sorry that not what im trying to ask! On the schedule of items inspected there is a section "L" Additional schedule of items inspected. Some of the things are obvious ie segregation of safty circuits but i not sure what some of the others mean and i cant find a explanation anywhere?

That section has been devised by those trying to make things complicated, sorry clearer.
These items are those that would not usually occur or are forbidden in a domestic situation or (obviously) only need inspection if they are there; the other inspections are ones that should be required for all situations.
If the requirement is not present when changing a consumer unit then you do not need to complete this although I would tend to put an N/A over that section to indicate you do know it is there.
