Where did you do this? I think the NVQ2 used to be obtainable at college? Or did you obtain it with an employer?

Also, have you done the 2330 alongside it?

There isn't an NVQ level 2 is they?

When i did mine it was Level 3, and i didn't have to do a level 2 beforehand...

But anyway - 3, it's a pain in the arse, hours and hours of work but worth it in the end.

Hi every one by you saying nvq2 electrical installation do you mean the PEO performing engineering operations nvq 2 electrical route as I did this course a few years a go and it has no relevance to being a electrician it is just a taster course to see if you like the industry like a access course, basically you can't go on site with that as it is not a recognised electrical qualification from doing the nvq2 you have to start on the first year of the 2330 or 2357 or 2365 Electrotechnical course which is the standard starting point to be a electricianthen from doing one of these you have to do the nvq 3 side which is actually The 2357.

I did this course and paid 1200 for it to be basically told I had wasted a year doing the nvq1 and 2 as they have no relevance on being a electrician so if I was you I would not do this course, the only reason to do this course would be if you did not have the qualifications to get on one of the electrotechnical courses as this would work as a access course but other than that do no do this course it is a waste of time and money
