Hi guys I have been asked to rewire a flat above an antiques shop. basically there is a 3 phase supply coming into the shop. the flat above has its own meter down in the shop coming from one of the phases. this comes out of the meter into a 100a switch, but coming out of the 100a switch is a 10mm t&e which supplies the flats fuseboard, so im planning on upgrading this to a 25mm cable. its a long distance from the flat to the 100a switch so i cant do this in soft tails, the only way i can think of doing this is 25mm armoured 3core which is going to be a nightmare.... does anyone have any other suggestions as to how i can do it? thanks

25mm 3 core SWA is around 40mm diameter, so not too bad to fit into a building. You've got the added hassle of terminating it, I'd say a 6"x6" metal adaptable box is required to take account of the lack of bend in the cable.
I did one a couple of months ago, and found it wasnt too difficult at all.
