Electrical symbols adding to a drawing / plan Simple program

Hi all

Anyone know of any simple software you can upload a drawing and add electrical symbols to, there must be a program out there, getting asked a lot more for inclusion in om manuals, as you know some jobs are design and build as you go, and us guys on the tools haven't got the time to learn cad and spend a day in the office must be a quick fix for this somewhere,

Thanks, had a look today looks a bit over the top for me, someone reccommended acrobat x1 anyone hadf any experience with this program.

Microsoft Visio might do what you want quite useful for quick diagrams and flow charts

Now got a program called coral draw, you can use the basic version and buy for £20 of ebay, upload architects plans and copy symbols then save symbols and start to overlay plans.
I sound like an expert, going to take a bit of learning for sure, for the new year this one, have a great xmas and new year all!
