My problem is despite re-registering, I couldn't find a way to get the 5% discount, and from other posts, this seems a common problem. If only there was a simple automatic way to get the discount, without having to persuade someone to sort it.

Hi All,

We've tried to make the process as simple as possible so you don't need to add a code each time you place an order Instead it automatically gives 5% off at the checkout.

You just need sign up to an account using the code FORUM1ST when prompted. If you already have an account you just need to let me know your email address and I can change your account status straight away. No need to persuade me, we want you to use it . If you already have an account it only takes me seconds to change it over. It's no hassle.

@Lou we did have a thread or 2 about signing up. Any chance you could make it sticky at the top of a page. I'll send it through to you as an email and maybe you could distribute to the member?
