I read on the link that you have to post your details in the 'find an electrician' thread to gain access here. But I'm not self employed? Does it only accept self employed Electricians?

you don't have to be self-employed. just show that you are an electrician. post details on find electrician...... then pm a mod.

100 bottles of beer on the wall, 100 bottles of beer, you take one down, pass it around, 99 bottles of beer on the wall..

I did the Lake Vrynwy half marathon once, with two mates, who are and were legendry drinkers (inbetween half marathons). I had 4 pints before the race day and went to bed at 9:30. Turns out I did my lifetime best next day, BUT

my mate Paul was on a bender and drank about 7-10 stellas, (its all hazy as Dave was mashed as well) apparently towards the end he staggered to the bar, where the barperson (apparently, remember I was doing de bobeys) said to Paul "aren't you doing the 1/2 marathon in a few hours, don't you think you've had enough"

to which Paul replied

"I'll have another Stella while I think about it"

Now I don't know about you lot, but that goes down in my history book as the best line ever, given his state, and the monsterous presence of mind required to come up with it.

He did it in about 1:45 anyway and drove us all home but didnt speak at all, all day. 1999. Look it up, P.Mckeeney, Irish lad, as wide as he is tall. What a guy :D

Spartykus....I hope you don't mind me asking this...?

Are you Salvador Dali's son?

Grin.....
