Hi everyone
I am thinking of getting a pair of these as I have a job that has been started but I have to terminate a 35mm swa into a ryfield board that is already feeding 4 units so I am unable to turn the supply off. The cable termination is ok as there is room in the Trunking above but the actual terminals seem quite close so would rater have the protection of the gauntlets just to be on the safe side.
Also where would be the best place to buy from as I'd rather not do eBay and get a dodgy pair thanks in advance.

Many of us from the industrial sector in years gone by were trained in working live (LV), at my old company it was expected that it's electricians could work live when the situation needed it.

In all the years that i was with that company i can't remember a single injury afforded to a live working situation. But then we did have all the right protective gear and the correct tools and procedures to conduct the work as safely as possible... We also had ''Factory Safety Officers'' located at every plant and it was ok with them too!!

No idea if it's still the norm in some industrial environments, probably not??
