Email from vedhas

Recieved an emal today from a company called vedhas limited from luton saying they got my email adress from the nic website, it says they are after subbies to do emergency call out work in there local areas. Just wondered if anyone else has had same email or if anyone is at present or has previously worked for this firm.

I got one also £30 callout and £20@hour i should coco. Its just another one of them 0800 callout companies that charge the earth and you get all the agro on watchdog.

I had an email from them today asking for my info, look a bit suspect. Checked out their website, they seem to offer loads of services. I guess they want subbies so they can pay them rubbish money and hang on to your money for as long as possible.

Had email as well sent one back stating my rates and T&Cs And they would need to be audited by us and credit checked

Credit Checked them anyway and came back high risk so barge pole comes into mind so beware

Recived the email last week from a guy called Sunny! Yes did find this very suspicious and called the number to speak to Sunny, the guy who answered had a foreign accent and could not speak very good english. Very suspicious, unbelievably Sunny was not available. Might well be legitimate but they probably charge a hefty call out fee. I have sent their sub contractor form back and we will see what develops just out of curiosity.

Just called them and asked for some prices to do work, said I was a landlord. No return call. Waste if time it seems.
