Emergency Lights

Hi Guys,

Have a job on at the minute with some emergency lights at a public baths. Not really done a lot on em.lights in the past so could do with a bit of help.

The problem is that the MCB is popping everytime the Key switch is engaged. They can stay on for an hour or so and then pop off again.

I assume there is a charge fault on one of the 8 fittings throughout the buildings? If this is the case how do I rectify/remedy the problem?

Go to the first fitting on the circuit disconnect the out going cable if this doesnt knock out the cct keep adding one fitting at a time until you find the one giving you probs.Seeing that its at the public baths it would be worth checking each fitting for moisture or corrosion first.Good luck.
