I'm wondering if my pay is about right for my experience and qualification I imaging it is but I'm interested in knowing what others earn per hour. So basically I'm on 12ph NVQ level 3 2356 qualified via an apprenticeship have been qualified for nearly 5 years where I've work for the same company for all this time. My work is occasionally domestic work but usually light commercial and light industrial, where I test and inspect, maintain and repair installations test fire alarm systems and emergency lighting

Should be about £13.50, are you given a company van?

You can start by having a look at the current JIB rates and see how they compare. I have always regarded them as an industry minimum, but recent years have seen rates slip well below that.
