Hi all, can anyone direct me to a reliable employment contract suitable to our trade of course? Thanks

You can decide what is important to you and get the customer to sign a declaration that they understand and accept it. Problem is, the type of customer who you need a contract for will probably decide it doesn't apply to them when it suits.
