hi people,

Im 17 and currently a self employed subcontractor for a local firm I've been working for them for the last months or so 1st fixing and 2nd fixing newbuild flats ... After speaking with the boss he's agreed to get me into employment so I can do my apprenticeship but I would like to know how this works.. I will be employed by an agency until the end of my apprenticeship they pay my wages and pay my college via a grant and the boss pays them and has a contract with them ... So will I be working full time and with different companies? What's you guys take on it

What came of this?

Start college in 2 weeks the company has signed a contract for minimum of 12months to take me on if after that they cant take me on any longer which im hoping wont be the case the agency then find me another company to finish my apprenticeship with
