Hi guys new to the forum ,I am working on the Commonwealth Games Village.I am looking for an answer to why I got shocked through the earths when I changed a socket the only power on was the pv system.

had you isolated the PV supply?

hard to know really, it shouldn't happen, but there are a few possible routes that could have caused it to happen - eg someone having bonded the frame to the MET, or even bonded the neutral side to MET. Neither of which should usually be done, but particularly the bonding of the frame was done a fair amount a couple of years ago.

yes was 209 volt between earth and neutral.but with the main switch off i got 75 volt dc

Hmm, sounds strange. Just to clarify, this was on a system with micro-inverters?
