Hello Members,
I'm looking for energy-saving solutions to apply in the field of high-capacity drives (100 - 450 kW), or other inventions which affect the reduction of electricity consumption in the industry. Does anyone of you has proved an interesting solution in this area? Regards.

What measures have you got in place at the moment?
Are you billed in KWHr or KVAHr?
What is the % loading on the motors?

Sorry for all the questions but without more information it’s hard to know where to start.

Of course, there is no problem, here are details about which you asked.
1. We measure the electricity consumption in departments of the company. Additionally the large motor drives individually.
2. We pay for electricity calculated in kW (we have good reactive power compensators).
3. Do you mean load of the motor in % (how can be measured?) or daily working hours of the motor?
