The power line communucations with the micro inverters can be problematic if you locate the Envoy on a socket a long way from the consumer unit and/or there are devices on the circuit that cause interference (Apple Mac power supplies are known to be pretty bad for example). Provided the Envoy is internet connected the customer support guys at Enphase can connect in remotely and check out the likely problems - there are tweaks they can make that may solve the problem. Give them a call and ask them to take a look. A small change may resolve the issue easily.
