Entire kit - door release

Hello guys

I have a client that wants to be able to open her two side gates from inside the house, when i say open i mean unlock.
I was thinking a two Mag locks.

Can someone advise me on a company that can supply and advise on all the parts i need.

It's going to get involved...Break glass, request to exit switches, power supply, timer relays. Then you have door entry, keyfob or code entry etc. Another thing that needs considering is a firemans over ride switch.
