Hey,

I am sorry if this has already been asked, i did a search but couldnt find it.

If a customer already has an EPC from 2 years ago and its already a D i know the solar panels will increase this but I dont need to get someone round to do another one do I ?

I guess my question is, does the epc have to of been done within a certian amount of time i.e within 6 months of the install etc....

thanks !!

:D

I believe they last 10 years. But we are getting a new one for each install that way the customer gets the most up to date EPC on their property inc the PV. If you are going to use the existing EPC i would check with the customers FIT provider that it is acceptable first.
