Er NO! dont be silly nothing is ever free when the bodies are involved, this is merely an extract or preview of relevant pages concerning earthing for education purposes! The full book when first out was £50!! a new version is out come the 18th edition....

I've seen a couple of EV chargers recently and clearly the installers didn't know that they regs say.................. I can't imagine its going to improve anytime soon!
