Hi there
We are currently about to apply for Mcs accreditation and have been having a look at the accreditation bodies available to us.

The main two we are now considering is CLE (as they are based at Scotland where we are located) or NAPIT who have been very helpful and informative so far.

Just wondering if anyone has went through their accreditation with either of the above companies and any recommendations or info to take note of?

Thanks

Dont matter who it is it will be a shock! Just read read read!file file file!beg beg beg! Mcs easy (no it isnt)

easy mcs i used got me through but keeping it all in order at mo is diff! rec i will have to invest in automatied system or im going to get a roasting on visit!! its diff when your fitting in day then office at night in normal times let alone this madness! just wish i was super human like some of the senior members on here!!

I did NIC MCS course with manual and MCS through NIC. Back office were good, Inspection was 4th Oct, booked 30th July. My NCRs were dealt with promptly and I had a good experience with them. The assessor was competent and fair although he was not a spark. However MCS course is rubbish, they dont provide a decent manual and its a waste of a day in your life. There are loads of errors in the manual, the sections don't match with MCS sections, and there are lots of things you need to implement like method statements which they dont teach you on the course.

The mcs folder I got as stated above came with method statements, h&s policies etc everything I needed! Really can't recommend it highly enough!
They even offered money back if not satisfied after receiving it! Couldn't lose with that.
