I'm after some of that HIP plastic covering that the electricity board use to protect their incoming cables between the meter box and where they pop out of the ground. Anyone got an idea where I can get some. I'd like it to be similar to the stuff this company manufactures (LINK) but with a flatter profile. It's to protect a set of meter tails where they go up the outside of a building.

If they are double insulated could you not go to a engineering company and get them to make you something, you probably find it a lot cheaper and it will be exactly how big you need it.
