Hello! About 2 years ago we purchased a house and replaced all the exterior lights. Over time all of them have dimmed to the point where you can barely see that it is on. The first one dimmed only a few days after we installed them and then over about the next 9 months the other 3 dimmed. We’ve checked the wiring on them and they are all correct. Any ideas why they are all dim?

Cheap lamps?

What type are they. Any photos?

They are Honeywell, I don’t think they are too cheap, definitely not super expensive but a reasonable price. They are dawn to dusk lights.

Replaceable lamps?

just get good quality replacements. There are a lot of not very good products out there.
The more decorative they appear, the less reliable

We will try replacing one of the lights but we were under the impression it had something to do with the wiring since these lights are pretty new and a reputable brand. Is this a common issue?

Just change one of the lamps (bulbs, depending on your terminology) and in 5 mins you will have the answer that likely the original lamps (bulbs) are poor quality / reliability (or even engineered to fade, so you have to replace).
