External wall insulation

Hi folks, I haven't been able to find another thread covering this topic, so...
as more customers opt for external insulation and render, do we have a solution to fitting/fixing accessories to it?
I'm thinking lights,doorbell pushes,extractor cowls and IP boxes for SWA connection. Any solutions please.:yes:

Thanks Leesparkykent. These look great for lighter stuff (no pun intended).
Any suggestions for heavier lights? I'm concerned that some larger light fittings may pull these out!
