Extractor fan installation but no where to ventilate

Evening, I am again looking for a solutions to a fairly big problem and wanted to know if anyone out there had any suggestions to this...

Im working in a house converted into 3 flats, the kitchen and living area is at the front and the bedroom and bathroom is at the back with another flat backing onto the one im working on. The problem I have is with the bathroom and in particular the installation of the extractor fan as no allowance has been made to run any form of ventilation, the fan is to be installed into a stud wall (about 200mm wide) that backs onto bedroom. There is no window in the room and the only other wall I could install on backs onto the next flat so can hardly put a hole in the wall there...

I did have an idea to run through stud wall and along wall (box in afterwards as 10ft ceiling level)) to a point where i could go up through ceiling and out above window (huge windows that run up to ceiling) above lintel but joists not running in right direction and cant put 100mm holes in joists...

Any ideas as to how I solve this or has anyone faced something similar?

Out of stud wall, surface mount flat trunking along bedroom wall (at height) straight out through bedroom wall.

Thankyou but I dont have that option due to the window being so large and running up to ceiling level so no opportunity to box in or run anything as it would block window light.

Im thinking now remove one side of stud wall and running 100mm ducting dowm inside wall and connecting to waste on sink so condensation can run off...Loads of work but all of the pipe work can be hidden can anyone see problems with this other than replaster an dredecorating afterwards?

I cant see what you are trying to accheive with the running the condensation idea,a bit puzzled with that idea

Is there a common stack for these flats, for the toilet stench pipe, which may be used as a common extraction vent

You are in the bathroom where does the soil pipe from the toilet run ?

If the building had be designed with flats in mind then yes there would be a common stack but it was two houses which have been converted.

The soil pipe runs down into the ground out of sight then back upthe side of the building its just not accessable to get a connection to...

Perhaps I am thinking incorrectly, but when the extractor is running during time shower is on it will pull the steam and condensation from the air into said ducting rather that create mould / condensation on the walls I just dont have the normal options open to me so looking for something outside of the box... I will post pictures tomorrow so all can see the dilema im facing but thankyou for taking time to respond I really appreciate it.

What I have seen in the past, but whether is up to current buiding regs Iam not sure, is fan fitted (flush mounting) to the ceiling, and then a circular to flat trunking adaptor,and flat trunking which then ran between the joists (length wise) to a brick sized vent on the outside wall.

As I say Iam not sure if this is up to current regs

I think running the fan outlet to the sink waste would restrict the air flow very significantly (and depending on where it is connected empty the Ubend) probably below the recommended flow rate.
Pictures would assist in identifying possibilities as it sounds like the conversion was not done with full thought!
Spark68's idea sounds OK if you have roof space above the bathroom, but depends on the joist run and I think you have to insulate the run to prevent re-condensation in the run.
